I fixed mine. Russ, thanks for your information.

When I took my one down, I found there is no damaged gasket in there. I am not sure if they forgot put in or not.

Russ, how much are the gaskets?

Paul said it's probably the problem with mine. There is probably 5-6 tablespoons of water coming out of the waste tray when the spray comes on. I tried opening the drum and turning on the spray bar and the plate does not lift up.

Thanks

I buy the gasket from Home Depot for $4.00

Oh, I thought you were selling them.

Is the hole that you punch a very tight fit around the shaft?

Does it sound like this is my problem?

Sandy, we use this kit to punch out the hole. The largest punch is the one used and is 3/4". No additional trimming needed, the size is perfect for the fix. I'm sure you could find a single 3/4 punch for less but I thought showing you what we use might help. ;)

If the tray isn't lifting, this would be the first thing I tried to remedy it.

Thanks, Marilyn.

Yes, the tray is not lifting.

I have to look at it but do you know how it comes apart so I can get this piece out?

You have to disconnect the nut that holds the waste tray cover on, disconnect the supply tube from the sprinkler housing and then unscrew the sprinkler body by turning it counter clockwise. Basically it's as simple as taking a sprinkler apart.

That sounds easy enough.

Thank you, Russ.
