The forms have bee stripped, the walls ground smooth, holes filled and two coats of pool paint have been put on.

I have made all three bottom drain covers. This one came out of the form today.

These two came out of the forms a couple of days ago and have the first coat of paint on.

The RDF is on its pedestal and the back pipes are hooked up.

I have been busy putting the finishing touches on the new tank. It is up and running with Koi in it now.

what pump are you using on the pond? just the one in the biofilter? I'm kinda confused.
Yes, just the one on the bio-filter. It is a very efficient pump. It is an axial flow pump like the one's used in Japan

can I get that one u have here in the US? I've found some jabeo and stuff but nothing to great.
so basically as the filter area is being pumped out that encourages the 3 bds to just send the waste to the rdf? so hard to realize how gravity works. this makes sense though since you eliminate all the head loss and what not.[/quote]
No, you can't get the pumps I have here in the US. Eventually, and this could be a year or so, I might try to bring them in from Japan.
