Re: Fresno Pond Build with a Red Label Twist!
5 hours later the floor was done and we removed a lot of the shoring on the exterior and the top. The forms are getting removed tomorrow and I will see how well it went.

Re: Fresno Pond Build with a Red Label Twist!
Today we stripped the forms and everything looks good. There will be very little grinding and I am happy to say I have someone that will do it for me. The T-8's were ground down on the inside of the pond and you can see the slits the grinder left. Tomorrow the rough areas will be ground down.

I put in the 3" return for the SS Shower with a temporary 90 on the edge of the pond to hold it in place for now.

I also got started on the over flow pipe that will connect to the 3" waste line that will go down the side of the pond. It was so nice working in 90 degree weather.

Re: Fresno Pond Build with a Red Label Twist!
We got quite a but done today. All of the rough plumbing is in with the exception of a short section of the waste / over flow line and he clean outs and valves for the 4" lines from the pond. I didn't put in the section of waste line as the company that did the excavation is supposed to come back tomorrow to back fill around the pond and I did not want it in the way and unsupported. If they do not come I will find a way to install it that makes sense. You can see in the 1st picture that I attached the over flow to the waste line and, in the second picture the black arrow points to the end that needs to be connected. The red arrow shows the valve for the water supply to the auto fill.

These are the stub outs for the 3 bottom drains and the two skimmers waiting for the clean outs and valves.

I forgot to show the two pads for the RDF and for the pre filter for the RDF. In this picture you can see what looks like a hole in the ground but there is a concrete pad in there. There is a leaf bin that Red Label makes that catches the leaves and large debris before the RDF. You can see the leaf bin in the attached link. Behind the lower pad is another one for the RDF.

Behind the second pad you can see quite a few stub outs. The green arrow is the 3" return line to the SS shower. The blue arrow are two 3/4" lines that take water to the activated carbon filter and then back to the auto fill. The purple arrow are the 3 lines for the aerated domes on the bottom drains and the red arrow is the 3" waste line for the RDF.

Re: Fresno Pond Build with a Red Label Twist!
Most of the pond has been ground down and there is a small area on the bottom that needs to be done but, once that is done, it can be hosed down and patched to get ready for paint.
