After three hours of sorting through Koi it was time to head back for lunch and a good read.

After lunch we went out to the new green house to seine a pond full of high quality Nisai. This is some of what we found.

Next it was back to the main house and some of the big girls.

Awesome Kohaku, 55cm female Nisai.

65cm and 68cm Sansai Sanke. Very high quality.

This Kohaku is four years old and right now it is about 72cm. Mr. Sakai says that it will reach 76cm after the next harvest and at six it will be over 80cm.
