Please read the following store policies and our Privacy Notice.  We ship Live Koi via air freight on major airlines to the customer's nearest available airport.  When Live Koi is purchased online, we contact the customer to make arrangements for shipping and receiving prior to shipment.  Customer is responsible for all freight costs.  We ship products via UPS anywhere in the Continental United States.  Customer's credit card is not charged until the day item(s) ship.  An item received by a customer that has been shipped in error will be fully credited upon return, if the item is returned unopened, is not damaged, and is returned within 2 weeks of receipt of the item. No returns allowed on chemical products or live fish. Returned item will be credited only if the item has been received within 2 weeks of the ship date, and only if the item is un-opened. PSKoi.com is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items, unless shipped to customer in error.

In some places on our sites, visitors may be able to purchase items with the use of a credit card. In such instances, PSKoi.com uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line, the latest technology to protect your credit card information. It encrypts all of your credit card information so that the information from your credit card cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
