Sakai Seminar Contest Winners
The Grand Prize for the February 2007 Sakai Seminar was given by PSKoi: a trip to Japan to attend the Matsunosuke ikeagi (mud pond pull) and auction. The prize was generously split by the winner, Erwin Santos, because the initial result ended in a tie between Erwin & Ed Thomas.

Day 1
We started at Tsuyoshi Kawakami's warehouse, from the oldest Koi family in the Niigata region, famous for the Torazo blood line.
Then we headed to Mushigame to the Matsunosuke #1 pond pull fish and auction
Where we saw many friends...like Agnes Kahn, Sharon Olsen, (Erwin Santos), and Judy -Please forgive me, but I always for get her (and husband Greg's) last name.
