First Day with the Matsunosuke Brothers!

We spent our entire first day with Sakai and participated
(watched) the pulling of his two largest ponds and
ｔｗｏ ｏｆ ｈｉｓ Ｎｉｓａｉ ｆａｒｍｓ． Ｗｅ started out at the Yamamatsu
greenhouse in Nagaoka and then drove up in the mountains to
the mud ponds.

Tomorrow we are going to Sakais private auction. Today we had the privilege of spending some time with Toshio showing us a preview of some of the Koi to be auctioned. They are stunning!
