I decided to make another change. Instead of doing 2 more 4,000 gallon ponds I am combining the forms and making one larger 8,000 gallon pond. I will combine the two filtration systems for the two smaller ones which gives this one 8 bottom drains, 2 Red Label RDF's and two SS showers.

Its turning out to be like koi Disney land. Is the plan to have this be a holding facility for online sales, or are you going to have a shop for customers to visit in person? And are you planning to grow fish now that you have so much room? Im very excited to see where this goes.

It is going to be all of the above. We are welcoming local clubs to have events here, we are going to have events here and I would like to have get togethers with local hobbyists where we can sit and discuss Koi via the mind of Russell Peters.

That combined tank looks huge. Any functional reason for combining them? How does your water compare to what you had before? Our well water is so bad here, it has to be treated for use.

The tanks got combined so that there would be no space in between them so that I could use that extra space to put a bathroom in at the other end as well as having a larger are for people to sit and talk.

I honestly don't know how it compares to my water in CA. never checked it. Marilyn did water quality. I think our pH was higher but using Lithaqua brought it down to about 7.6.

While I was in Japan the work continued. The company we hired to put in the glass installed the frames.

I was also able to get my old store signs up in place. These signs are 3' x 6'.
